Overview
CSPR began business in June of 2001 with a vision to provide the best service to its clients by filling the gap left by traditional vendors. We immediately found that we were capable of a significantly higher level of service and have continued to grow.
Our client base has increased from the original three to include over fifty regular clients plus many others who used our services on an as-needed basis. Most of our clients are large firms, colleges, and businesses with hundreds or thousands of stations. Most of them have very complex telecom and datacom environments. Applications such as IVR's, ACD, CTI/OAI, ISDN, CCIS, Video Conferencing, and Unified Messaging are commonplace. In addition, we have several sites actively using Voice over IP solutions and are well aware of both the promise and limitations in that area.
In addition to the traditional telecommunications based applications, we are also extremely involved in the datacom arena. We design and install infrastructures with a focus on long term positioning and a migration path for our clients. We understand how networks work and why sometimes they don't.
As the convergence of Voice and Data continues, we will grow and expand by continuing to serve as advocate for our customers, providing the best solution with the resources available.
With the continued focus on growth and providing our customer with a suite of products, CSPR has embarked in another direction, security. We have partnered with a firm that has provided these services to the same market that we have targeted and that has extensive knowledge in the field. We can now offer to our current and future market base services such as servicing, maintaining, inspecting, and installing: burglar alarms, CCTV surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, intercom systems, access control. We can now offer to all of our customers experience gained while installing and maintaining the security systems in the three major airports in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. We also have experience in installing, servicing and maintaining security systems for the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hospitality, residential and commercial sector. In addition, we have associated ourselves with one of the premier security/monitoring firms in Puerto Rico through which we can now offer year round 24/7 monitoring of our customer’s premises, armed and unarmed guard service, mobile CCTV surveillance, and GPS monitoring of fleets.
Flexible On-site Technicians
 | Many companies could benefit greatly from an on site presence but don't have enough work to justify someone 5 days a week. We look at customer support needs and customize an onsite support schedule suited to their workflow and budget.
In some instances, one day per week is sufficient. In others, perhaps two or three are required. We strive to insure that the client receives the maximum value for their support dollar. |
Consultation Services
Very often, clients need someone to talk to them about situations in their organization and how technology could assist them.
This is where CSPR adds value. We have the time to meet with the customer. Sometimes the solution involves equipment purchase or upgrade, in other cases a reallocation or reconfiguration of existing assets provides the answer.
CSPR provides objective advice to clients regarding all potential solutions, including those that do not involve CSPR. Traditional vendors strive to fit clients into solutions that they sell and maintain. Therefore, there is always a feeling that a vendor is somewhat less than objective regarding solutions. |  |
